Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Hyderabad. The Medical Doctor will conduct comprehensive patient consultations, take detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans aligned with preventive and longevity-focused medicine, explaining treatment options, and providing clear, compassionate counseling to patients and their families. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians, data and lab teams, and health coaches to refine protocols and care pathways. The Medical Doctor will document encounters accurately in clinical systems, participate in clinical reviews and case discussions, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with medical literature and guidelines relevant to preventive and personalized care.
Qualifications
- Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license to practice medicine
- Experience in family medicine, or a related specialty with a strong interest in preventive, personalized, or longevity-focused care.
- Proficiency in taking detailed histories, performing thorough physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests in a variety of clinical scenarios.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data and evidence into clear, practical treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with empathy & the ability to explain medical information in accessible language and support shared decision-making.
- Comfort working with digital health tools, electronic medical records, and data-driven care models.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, contribute to protocol development, and participate in continuous quality improvement.
